Tariff 2010

Price for up to 8 Adults/Children, from just £219.00 in winter months to £899.00 in the summer school holidays.

Reductions are given for longer stays and two person occupation out of season.

Prices include gas & electricity.

A single well behaved dog is welcome, by prior arrangement, at a rate of £15 per week. We regret we are unable to cater for the larger breeds.

Short breaks are available from October through March.

Augusta street is located in a quiet conservation area nestling between the town centre and the sea. Yet all the shops and amenities are but a few hundred metres away.

Bennett was built in 1922 along with the house next door by a local family who have owned the house until 2002.

BENNETT HAS JUST BEEN AWARDED 4 STARS BY THE ENGLISH TOURIST COUNCIL.

BENNETT HAS UNDERGONE EXTENSIVE MODERNISATION. WORK HAS INCLUDED: A NEW LARGER KITCHEN, DOWNSTAIRS SHOWER ROOM & WC AND UPSTAIRS BATHROOM WITH A SEPARATE SHOWER.

Bennett has changed little in appearance since 1922, it still retains its early character but now contains gas fired central heating and double glazing throughout, providing a very comfortable, cosy holiday home, ideal for any time of year.

Bennet has off street parking available.

Entrance Hall: Spacious hallway providing plenty of coat hanging space and large understairs cupboard for suitcases etc.

Large Lounge: Very comfortable large three piece suite, 28" colour television with video player and a selection of pre-recorded tapes, impressive feature fireplace and bay window overlooking front garden.

Dining Room: Spaciously laid out with pine table and matching chairs seating eight, sofa, Wall mounted TV/DVD with freeview, window to rear.

Fitted Kitchen: with, microwave and toaster, large fridge with separate freezing compartment, electric oven with separate grill, gas hobb and extractor, plenty of worktops, breakfast bar with bar stools and cupboards containing all crockery and pans etc. Wall mounted TV/DVD with freeview.

Utility room: washing machine and tumble dryer.

Shower room & WC: large shower washbasin with mirror, shaving point, heated towel rail and wc.

Bedroom 1: Located at the front is a very large room with original fireplace (decorative feature only) and bay window. Super King (6 ft) bed with bedside cabinets and radio, dressing table and mirror, tall wardrobe with hanging space and drawers. Wall mounted TV/DVD with freeview.

Bedroom 2: At the rear with views to the sea. A spacious room with original fireplace (decorative feature only) containing two single beds, dressing table with mirror and draws, wardrobe and washbasin with mirrored cupboard. Wall mounted TV/DVD with freeview.

Bedroom 3: Also at the rear with sea views, containing double bed with bedside cabinets, dressing table with mirror and drawers, wardrobe.

Bedroom 4: At the front, this room has a bunk bed suitable for adults, wardrobe and dressing table.

Bathroom: Includes bath, separate shower, washbasin and electric shaver point, with bathroom cabinet and a heated towel rail.

Large Landing: providing access with all first floor rooms.

Gardens

The front garden is laid to lawn with shrub borders. The rear garden is also laid to lawn with flower borders. There is a large garden shed suitable for bicycle storage, a patio set comprising of eight chairs, a large table and an umbrella is available should you wish to relax in the garden. Rear gate provides access to Victoria Street a short cut to the beach and town through one of the oldest parts of Sheringham.

The heating, plumbing and drainage systems are covered by British gas Home Care scheme ensuring a prompt response should you have a problem.

A cot and high chair are available free of charge, please order these at the time of booking.
